Rick has 25+ years of industry-specific knowledge and a track record of driving business growth through youth programs, community engagement and fan experiences. Most recently, he was the Vice President of Social Impact and Fan Engagement at MSG Sports working on behalf of two of the most iconic brands in sports - the New York Knicks and the New York Rangers.

Rick managed a collaborative effort with the PWHPA, MSG Network, NHL Network, and NBC Sports which culminated on February 28, 2021, when Madison Square Garden hosted the first women’s hockey game in the building’s history helping raise the visibility and profile for professional women’s hockey.

Over the past decade, Rick has helped raise more than $10M in support of non-profit organizations by spearheading a variety of fundraising and charitable initiatives that include casino nights, golf outings, alumni charity games, dinners, memorabilia auctions, and giving campaigns.

In addition to being actively involved in a variety of community and youth sports organizations, Rick also serves on the Board of Directors for Playworks New York/New Jersey helping kids access and experience the social, emotional, and physical benefits of play.
